Emmanuel Eboue signs new deal

By Soccer Blog | May 16, 2007

Arsenal rightback Emmanuel Eboue has put pen to paper a new deal. The details of the contract extension were not available- so the length and the amount are still unknown.

After the departure of Lauren to Portsmouth, Eboue has established himself as the first choice right back. When Eboue signed from Belgian club Beveren for the Gunners in January 2005, he had signed a 5 year deal. One of the reasons why the Gunners snapped him up was their inability to get Hatem Trabelsi, who now plays for Manchester City.
