Manchester United confirm Hargreaves signing

After reaching upon an agreement with Sporting Lisbon and FC Porto for Nani and Anderson respectively, Manchester United have announced that Owen Hargreaves will join the club on the 1st of July.

The fee for the deal has not been disclosed, but reports allegedly claim that it is about 17 million pounds. United targeted Hargreaves last season too, but Bayern were unwilling to let the England international leave the Allianz Arena so soon after the departure of Michael Ballack to Chelsea.

Hargreaves is currently on holiday, and is expected to put pen to paper a 5 year deal when he returns.
