Substitute Saha helps United beat Roy Keane’s Sunderland.

Middlesbrough 2-0 Birmingham ( Wheater, Stewart Downing)

Newcastle 1-0 Wigan ( Michael Owen)

Late header from Owen gives the Toons all three points.

Reading 0-3 West Ham ( Craig Bellamy, Matthew Etherington*2)

Bolton 1-2 Everton ( Nicolas Anelka/ Yakubu, Joleon Lescott)
