Italian side Juventus have insisted that goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon is not for sale, not even if Manchester City are willing to spend a whopping 60 million pounds for the 30 year old.

Wanted- Man City are reportedly willing to offer Buffon £240,000 a week
However Juventus coach Claudio Ranieiri and president Jean Claude Blanc have said that the 2006 World Cup winner will stay in Turin, and will not move north to the City of Manchester Stadium. If the Telegraph is to be
believed, Buffon reportedly said earlier this week that if such an offer did come along, then ” he would himself make the deal happen ”
City, who are currently looking out for a temporary goalkeeper after Joe Hart was injured against Hull are backed by a powerful group from Abu Dhabi, for whom money is no issue. Mark Hughes’ side have struggled to achieve a certain desired level of consistency this season, which is why they find themselves in the lower half of the table currently.
Hughes has also added Arsenal centre back Kolo Toure to his January shopping list.
