Germany 4-0 Liechtenstein- Not quite the goal fest

One would have probably expected more goals from Germany in this World Cup 2010 Qualifier, especially after they had gone two nil up in the first 10 men. To Liechtenstein’s credit, they conceded only two other goals- their lowest margin of defeat against Germany. The past three meetings between these two sides saw Germany win 9-1, 8-2 and 6-0.
