New Coventry City boss is Aidy Boothroyd

By Soccer Blog | May 20, 2010

Championship club Coventry City have appointed Aidy Boothroyd as their new manager. Boothroyd takes over the reigns of the Sky Blues from Chris Coleman, who was shown the door following a disappointing last few weeks in Coventry’s 09/10 League campaign.

Boothroyd arrives at the Ricoh Arena from League One side Colchester. He has put pen to paper a three year contract.

Boothroyd guided Watford to the Premiership in his time with the Hornets, and Coventry will be hoping that he is the man to give them the push up to the Premier League.
