    How is it possible, that the attendance of the Man City vs. Everton match was just 49,108 – being some 5,000 short of the average attendance of last season? I watched the game on TV and there were no empty seats visible.
    How is this possible?

    All major newspapers have it at 49,108, which is where we got the figure from.
