This Alphonso Davies red card vs Stuttgart saw Bayern’s Canadian left back sent off for a dangerous challenge on Wataru Endo earlier today. The Davies red card against Stuttgart came in the 12th minute- he appeared to stamp Endo, and VAR decided it was a dismissal. The referee had initially given him a yellow card for the foul, but it was changed to red.

Might not have been an intentional stamp from Davies on Endo, but can’t really argue that it’s not a red card.
Clear red card to Davies, no question there.
Problem for Bayern is that now both Davies and Boateng are suspended for the Leipzig game.
I have seen this infraction often called just a foul and at worst a yellow card seems a bit harsh to add a 2 game suspension
