Alex is staying with United and not moving to the noisy neighbours. 2. The banner was not punctuated properly and should have included the vocative comma. "THE NOISY NEIGHBOURS ARE GETTING LOUDER, ALEX." I saw the banner “THE NOISY NEIGHBOURS ARE GETTING LOUDER ALEX” and, though during the second half it appeared Roberto is, in fact, the louder, I guessed that the Manchester City fans were wrong on the undernoted enumerated two counts:
