Last year’s Europa League semi-finalists Eintracht Frankfurt could be on the verge of elimination after a 1-0 loss in France to Strasbourg in the first leg of their play-off tie.

Here are the player ratings from French paper L’Equipe for the Strasbourg-Frankfurt game. Ante Rebic, who formed a fearsome trio last season with Luka Jovic and Sebastien Haller, only got a 3/10 here. L’Equipe also thought Mijat Gacinovic only did marginally better (4/10).

As an average the Strasbourg team rated 5.8/10, while Frankfurt got a 4.8/10

Here are the player ratings for Torino 2-3 Wolverhampton from the Italian press following the first leg of their Europa playoff tie. Adama Traore, impressive off the bench in the 1-1 draw against Man United, again starred for Wolves here in Turin.

The Italian press also had high regard for Nuno Espirito Santo, who they thought managed his side better than his opposite number Walter Mazzari. Raul Jimenez was also ranked high, but Ruben Vinagre, who conceded a late penalty that may yet prove decisive, wasn’t.
