Here is a look at the Premier League table after Round 4 of this current 22/23 season, and we have a new team at the bottom of the league, with Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester occupying that spot. The Foxes were beaten 2-1 by Chelsea over the weekend. West Ham United were previously bottom of the league (after Game Week 3), but moved up the table in this round after picking their first win of the season against Aston Villa.
