New Cardiff City Home Shirt 2009-10

The new Cardiff City Puma Home Kit for the 2009-10 Football League Championship season has been unveiled. The Bluebirds finished seventh in the Championship last season, conceding the playoff spot on goal scores to PNE.

Puma recently signed a five year deal with Cardiff, and this is the first offering from the kit maker’s stable. The home shirt was worn for the first time in a 0-0 draw with Scottish giants Celtic on July 22, 2009.

You can buy the new Cardiff home strip from the Cardiff City Stadium Superstore. The shirt is primarily blue in colour, but yellow and white also make their presence felt. The ends of the sleeves, for instance, are white in colour. White shorts, and white and blue socks complete the strip.

The new Man City 2009-10 Premiership home kit has officially been released, and it looks quite similar to the images that were leaked on the internet.

Umbro are the shirt makers, and Etihad Airways have replaced Thomas Cook as the jersey sponsors.

As you would expect from the blue half of Manchester, the shirt is light blue in colour, with a white collar. The Man City crest is on the left side, while the Umbro logo is on the right. White shorts, and white and blue socks complete the strip. Goalkeeper Shay Given will wear an all green strip in goal at Eastlands this season.
