A much needed home win for Liverpool as they beat Aston Villa 2-1. Plenty of talking points though- a disallowed Firmino goal by VAR against Villa, a rare mistake from Alisson and a stoppage time winner from Alexander Arnold.

The Firmino goal vs Villa was disallowed because Diogo Jota was offside as per the offside lines drawn by VAR- another controversial incident and decision.
