The draws for the semifinals of the Champions League and Europa League have been conducted today (April 21, 2017). The CL semi draw has pitted both Madrid sides against each other and Juve’s reward for eliminating Barcelona is a semi against the tournament’s surprise packages AS Monaco.

GIF Video Casemiro tackle on Robben 2017 Champions League- No yellow for challenge vs Robben

This Casemiro tackle on Robben (GIF VIDEO BELOW) was another talking point in Real Madrid’s 4-2 CL win over Bayern Munich at the Bernabeu. Casemiro’s challenge on Robben in the 80th minute went unpunished by referee Viktor Kassai.

The conspiracy theorists on social media pointed that Kassai allegedly went to his pocket on seeing the tackle, but did not take out a card. A yellow for Casemiro would have been his second of the game and would’ve seen him sent off. Minutes later, Arturo Vidal was controversially sent off for this challenge on Asensio.
