Alan Sugar Racist Tweet Senegal Footballers 2018- Lord Sugar Beach Vendors

Alan Sugar has come in for criticism after a tweet of his that compared footballers from the Senegalese national team to vendors selling bags and sunglasses on beaches.

Sugar was seemingly comparing them to the Lookie-Lookie men from Senegal who are renowned for selling counterfeit items in Spain.

After his initial tweet, Sugar, well known for his appearances in the Apprentice, went on to say that he found nothing wrong with his tweet and that people were overreacting, but eventually deleted his tweet.

Senegal became the first African national to pick up points at the World Cup last night after beating Poland 2-1. They’re also the only country at Russia 2018 to have a black coach in the form of Aliou Cisse.

John Terry Vicki Sparks 2018 Instagram story- first woman to commentate on a World Cup game

Vicki Sparks became the first woman to do commentary on the BBC for a World Cup game earlier today (for the Portugal Morocco game that Portugal won 1-0). However it appears that John Terry wasn’t a fan of her commentary, posting a story on Instagram with the comment “Having to Watch This Game with No Volume”

Terry later deleted his story. Was the former Chelsea defender alluding to Sparks with that comment?
