Bale scored both goals as Real came from behind twice to draw 2-2, and was also sent off late in the game. Despite the red card, he was quite clearly Real Madrid’s best player against Villarreal, as shown by these ratings, taken from several big national newspapers. A forgettable game for Sergio Ramos though.
