This Pickford vs Maguire incident was a controversial one from Everton’s game against United today, with Toffees goalkeeper Pickford allegedly kicking at Red Devils centre back Maguire in an attempt to get the ball. The challenge wasn’t deemed worthy of a penalty, but many fans thought it deserved one, especially in the light of Pickford’s controversial tackle on Virgil van Dijk a few weeks ago.
