New CA Osasuna Camiseta Home Kit 09-10

Spanish La Liga outfit CA Osasuna recently released their new 2009-10 home shirt. Los Rojillos finished fourteenth in La Liga last season, and will be hoping for a safe mid table finish to the new season too. The new Club Atletico Osasuna Home Shirt 09-10 has been manufactured by Diadora.

Chinese photovoltaic product manufacturer Yingli Solar is the sponsor of the new Osasuna home strip.

Diadora have gone for red as the principal colour of the shirt. The red jersey is paired with blue shorts.

New Middlesbrough Away Shirt 09-10

Coca Cola Championship side Middlesbrough FC have unveiled their new away shirt for the 09-10 season. The all Cyan Boro change strip has been made by Adidas, and will be worn for the first time later this month when Boro visit Nottingham Forest in the Carling Cup.

Garmin are the shirt sponsors. The new Middlesbrough away kit has been made using Adidas’ Climacool technology. Here is a look at the kit, modelled by Mark Yeates and Jonathan Grounds.

It will be available in stores to season card holders on September 1, and will go on general sale on September 3. Pre-ordering for the kit starts on Aug 14.

PSG held by Montpellier in Ligue 1

Newly promoted side Montpellier held domestic giants Paris Saint-Germain to a 1-1 draw in their first game of the 2009-10 Ligue 1 season.

Rene Girard’s side played with 10 men for nearly an hour, but got the equaliser they deserved in the last minute of the game as Bosnian defender Emir Spahic headed home from a Karim Ait-Fana corner.

Paris St.Germain, who finished sixth in Ligue 1 last year, needed seventy minutes to break the deadlock as Montpellier frustrated their more illustrious opponents despite being reduced to ten men after the dismissal of Cyril Jeunechamp for a second bookable offence in the 33rd minute.
