Needless 2 say, if Foy hadn’t sent Kompany off, City would’ve won the game.

More troubles for United tbh- defence was poor today and Lindegaard wasn’t entirely convincing.

Utd made City look better- that kind of complacency can be ill afforded SAF

    Tough return for Scholesy eh

Think City will win the title- somehow this performance would’ve again told them they’re better than United

your opinion is incorrect. Even when city beat united 6-1. the result only speaks for itself through the sending off. so if your saying city would have won today if they hadnt of had the sending off then the same would be that the 6-1 scoreline would not have been if united dint hav there player sent off.Not much between the teams when both are fully fit with all available players. uniteds 3-2 win in the carling cup proves united are better. same again today, the just switched off in the second half!

Allso wel see how city cope without kompany. seems like they rely on him. citys defence is just as weak as uniteds defence at the moment.

I think united has waked up and now kindly they get what they need to do. Manchester united are good because they have quite good planning about the players and what position they should go in and play and city kindly doesn’t get what they are doing because they look like they are in a very big rush about winning always. They should calm down and relax and really think about what they are doing, that way they will kindly get what they really need to do and hopefully they will win some important matches which they should of won by now. 6-1 clearly shows that if city is not in a rush they could do better in every match. 6-1 was just a start, just wait and watch, 1 day city will beet united in the world biggest and important match that could change life’s and future.

just wait and watch “united” we’ll beet you’s.

    From MCFC

how can city be better than united when they lost?! some people on here need to get a grip. yea they got back into the game but the freekick goal was never a free kick and united should have had a penalty to make it 4-1. It wasnt a red for me but to say city would have won with 11 men on the pitch is impossible. You would have to be able to see into the future to say that they would have won.

man utd is waked up ,and w,m Rooney must be striker rather than mid field player. If this is so man utd will be the winner.

i will want liverpool to play well against mancity on wednesday 2012 because they will want to take vengeance of the lose against manchester united. so therefore i will want them to mark aguero very well and silva and mina and richard very well. i will also want liverpool to take caution of the midfield for mancity not to take it from them and as the same time they should rush them like the way man u did for them. Also there short should be more hit than the way they play for other team and not allowing them in there house and not over lapping and they should not relent on any player.

  20. dulpplz January 10, 2012 5:46 am

anyone saying that city would win if kompany didn’t get sent off is also saying that united would have won the 6-1 match because in that they had a player sent off.
United won fair & square with a bit of luck.

    Glory Glory MANU

  22. karthik shankar January 10, 2012 5:34 pm

transfer window open for manutd..a goalkeeper definitely, a central defender maybe and a midfielder (who is also a leader/talisman like roy keane) definitely needed for beefing up the back end..this season we have seen rooney wasted in deep midfield, valencia wasted as a right back and rookie goalkeepers..look what thierry henry did for arsenal the other day..even scholesy can replicate in absence of tom cleverly, darren fletcher, anderson..should play park ji sung more often, gives more than 100% always..not much of the da silva twins this season..nor vidic and rio..so a team in transition

  23. karthik shankar January 10, 2012 5:49 pm

valencia should have got the penalty for manutd. there was no coming back from 4-1 down for city

  24. anon January 10, 2012 11:33 pm

    alr I think there wasn’t any penalty…

  25. hank January 10, 2012 11:34 pm

  27. Sam January 11, 2012 6:14 am

Red card was spot on. Kompany showing studs which deserves a red without question. And all of you that think City is strong? So is any club that can splash 300 million pounds. Give me that anyday and I’ll make a second Barca with my eyes closed.

  28. man utd all day every day January 23, 2012 7:06 pm

man utd r way better den man city dat 6-1 was just a 1 off man utd can win city any day even if da goal keeper was just playin by it self city shouldn’t even be a team der crap n a waste man utd all day bruv n yh y da fuck didnt dey let hernandez (chicharito) play r dey dumb n man utd really needs van der sar bak he was a don fam cirt aint nufink wit out baoltelli
