  1. You lot are complete goones, everyone knows barca are gonna have more possession than any team, so if you ain’t got the ball you do the other side of the game fantastically defending you know that commonly used word that barca can’t do! As for hacking messi he got fouled a couple of times the rest were brilliant tackles and he was nullified which in turn meant barca didn’t score. And most of the 24 shots were from outside the box and blocked or saved and alot of the possession in the centre of the park where Chelsea were crammed in and we let you have the wings cos you ain’t scoring against us like that. We were clinical and that’s what matters. Oh and guess what barca’s pitch is wider but that don’t mean we cantdo the same cos we will allow you the wings and cash and iva are still getting blocks on the crosses when we give you the wings. Say no more pussies

  2. Barça played well, a bit slow at times maybe, Chelsea played well, its not easy to beat Barça and one of the few strategies that work was that which Chelsea perfected last night. Cech was decisive (the save from puyols header was outstanding, amazing reflexes) and Drogba pulled off a nice finish after half an hour of drama and being bested by Puyol in most encounters. Terry was very solid also and Ashley Cole did a great job of keeping Alves boxed in. All said, Chelsea were playing at home and lets not forget Alexis hit the crossbar, Pedro hit the post, Cesc missed an easy goal adn also Busquets in the closing minutes of the match.

It will be tough for Chelsea to defend 1-0 at the Nou Camp. Barça know what to do, they know where they went wrong and they dont often miss opportunities like cescs or busquets twice. It will be interesting and whatever happens Im sure we are all in for a treat, even if its 80 minutes of Barça solo play. As a Barça fan congratulations to Chelsea for the victory and for the sportsmanship displayed by both sides, was a nice clean match. See you next week, come prepared! 🙂

  3. i know chelsea will rise up against barcelona. all the games of the season barca receive the glory.
Let chelsea have it. i saw the game even in the first 10min chelsea gave the everything they could thats why they win over barca. its not just a luck, but their fate and perseverance in the game. even though they facing a the big wall. Go CHELSEA!!!

  4. I have noticed there are a of very disgruntled Barca fans commenting on this blog about the so called “Parking the bus” tactics. Well to be honest it was the only way for a team of any caliber to allow a true football fan to watch an open play football game and not the silly little “Tippy tappy then all fall down when some one is trying to tackle us” tactics that are used over in the spanish game. What a shame there has to be so such bad losers in what is actually a great spectator sport. Maybe you spics should all try watching a true spectators sport like Rugby then and only then will you be able to contradict tactics without emotion. Oh and by the way, I am a Man UTD and Wigan Warriors fan.

  5. Oh and by the way well done Chelsea and well done to the loyal fans that made the effort to lift their side, lets hope they can repeat the performance over in the land of grease and shit food

  6. Thank Lord that he made Drogba to score a goal against barca. If Chelsea plays with some good clubs they will always win. With weak clubs, they won’t try their best but win .Thanks coach ,be ready to knock down barca in the 2nd leg.So 1000% sure chelsea are the champion.

  7. Camp nou will b hell 4 chelsea,but i hope their magic maker will b equal 2 d task ahead 4 d second time.

  8. You lot are complaining about Chelsea putting 10 men in defence I take it you’ve never watched Serie A, sure it’s boring but guess what ? Italy has won more world cups than England. This is a multi-billion pound industry and teams must do what they can to win. You lot can complain all you want but that’s another big purse for Chelsea from Uefa and their sponsors.

  9. Shut up u haters! .chelsea b the better team with the best foward(drogba) ,best p.k taker(lampard) n best left back(ashley cole) in the world .yes i admit barcelona is destructive n might make chelsea fans get hypertension but th@ really doesnt matter ,,all that matters is that we r gonna make it to the finals thanks 2 COUNTER ATTACKS

  10. Chelsea probably will not keep a clean sheet today, however they did deny Barca an away goal through luck and some brilliant saves so a 2-1 Barca victory will mean Chelsea goes through on away goals

  11. Bravo chelsea, u disproved the prediction of Jose. You have to get the cup either from madrid or bayermunic whoever is the winner today 25/04/12.

  12. i am an arsenal fan but i have to admit that chelsea deserved to win there much against fc barcelona simply becouse of the discipline behind the chelsea players

  13. I know its all over but for all those talking bad about Chelsea. That is they way they have always played and won. They focus on defense and take their chances when they come. That’s how their players play best. They have the most complete defensive unit in the world and some great veteran and young strikers at the other end. Not to mention more heart than anyone else. That’s why they won it and left the rest crying like girls. In the premier league, AVB screwed them by trying to make them play out of their comfort zone. Di Matteo is the man and needs to be kept as the manager.
