This Wayne Rooney injury vs Fulham ( VIDEO BELOW) took place in the closing stages of Manchester United’s 3-2 win over the Cottagers on August 25, 2012. Rooney suffered a thigh gash from the boot of Hugo Rodallega as he was blocking an attempt from the Colombian and was stretchered off.

Initial reports indicate he will out for atleast a month, with some also suggesting that United may have to do without him for two months. He will miss England’s World Cup qualifiers next month against both Moldova and Ukraine.
