This Mo Salah goal vs Southampton was a hugely important goal for both player and club- it put the Reds 2-1 ahead in a game they simply had to win to stay ahead of Man City, and also saw the Egyptian end his goal drought and reach the 50 goal mark in the Premiership for Liverpool. He is also the fastest Liverpool player to that landmark (69 games), beating the previous record (72) set by Fernando Torres. The goal also had a funny celebration afterwards, where Salah ducked and Henderson and Roberson ended up hugging each other.
