This Sian Massey mistake in the FA Cup (GIF VIDEO BELOW) saw the lineswoman mistakenly disallow a legitimate goal from Jurgen Locadia for offside. No VAR in the game to correct the error- Locadia’s disallowed goal against Millwall came in extra time after Millwall keeper David Martin had made a howler.
