This Joe Ralls missed penalty v West Ham was a crucial moment in Cardiff City’s game against Manuel Pellegrini’s side on 4 December, 2018. Arnautovic’s silly foul on Hoilett lead Graham Scott to point to the spot. One might have ordinary expected Victor Camarasa to take the penalty, but Joe Ralls stepped up to take the spot kick. Hammers keeper Lukasz Fabianski guessed right and saved Ralls’ penalty. Cardiff could’ve lead 1-0, they eventually went on to lose 3-1
