Manchester United score four goals for the second league game running as a second half blitz sees them beat Swansea at the Liberty Stadium
After a near flawless performance at home against West Ham in the opening week of the season, Manchester United will travel to Wales in Round 2 as they take on Swansea at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Red Devils turned in one of their best performances in the post Ferguson era, putting in four past a West Ham side that, at least on paper, had the potential to cause some trouble, with the likes of Joe Hart, Marko Arnautovic, Pablo Zabaleta and Javier Hernandez in the opposition XI.
This Brian Deane goal v Man Utd (GIF VIDEO BELOW), scored on this very day (August 15) 25 years ago, has a place in history as the first ever goal scored in the history of the modern PL as know it. Deane’s goal against Manchester United came in the 5th minute for Sheff Utd and helped the Blades beat the Red Devils 2-1
