Ilkay Gundogan continues his fine run of scoring form as City beat Jose Mourinho’s Spurs 3-0. Some controversy on whether Hojbjerg vs Gundogan was actually a penalty to City or not.
This Hojbjerg vs Gundogan incident was a controversial one that lead to Rodri’s penalty against Spurs. The referee deemed Hojbjerg on Gundogan was a foul that warranted a penalty to City, and Rodri converted the spot kick, albeit not very convincingly.
This Bernard goal vs Spurs was set up an absolutely delightful chip pass from Gylfi Sigurdsson, who racked up another fine assist to his name- this one the game winning one for Everton in their FA Cup clash against Spurs.
