Man City vs Everton preview

Man City can take fourth place from Tottenham Hotspur if they beat David Moyes’ Everton tonight (24th March 2010- 19.45 UK time) at Eastlands in the Premier League. City are two points behind Spurs in the league table, but the London outfit have played a game extra and will be seen in action in the FA Cup tonight against local rivals Fulham.

Emmanuel Adebayor is suspended for City while Joleon Lescott has joined fellow defender Wayne Bridge on the sidelines with a hamstring injury. City boss Roberto Mancini is therefore likely to persist with Javier Garrido on the left side of defence and Kolo Toure and Vincent Kompany in the centre.

City emerged 2-1 victors at Craven Cottage on Sunday while Everton beat Bolton Wanderers 2-0 in their weekend game.
