German giants Bayern Munich could consider selling Owen Hargreaves to English leaders Manchester United. Bayern president Franz Beckanbauer has reportedly said that if an offer of around 20 Million Pounds + could interest the Bundesliga champions.
Hargreaves was one of Ferguson’s targets in the summer, but Bayern had then firmly insisted that they did not want to sell the player. Hargreaves had caught the eye of several clubs in England with some excellent performances in the World Cup.
Hargeaves, whose father’s family lives in Britain said that he would relish the challenge of playing in the Premiership. He is contracted to the Bavarian club till 2010.
