Much needed win after the disaster against Man City, although not very convincing initially- Simpson goal a cracker
Score flattering IMO- 5-1 wasn’t a true reflection
Still nice to see Carroll and Downing score- esp the latter. He’s not been Liverpool quality at all

A sad result for liverpool! Their fans have to resort to racism! They should lose the match and the FA should do SOMETHING and award the match to Oldham. Instant dismisal from competitions would mean clubs like Liverpool have to control their fans. Full on that scousers have handed in the the guy who said those revolting comments! Even Scousers thought it was OTT! Well done to the Merseyside Police for such a quick arrest!
It is time the FA got the act together! Liverpool should be stopped! The match awarded to Oldham on the grounds of crowd racism! yes! Oldham would always have lost the match that is not in question!
