…..the challenge, I see it that he went to kick the ball, either he has miss timed etc, but I don’t see it as a challenge, it was 50/50, we have the chance to watch the incident in slow motion over and over again, in real time it’s barely a second, watch it again, he goes to kick the ball, and misses, it’s an accident, so a 5 match ban for an accident, very harsh. It does not help, commentators on radio/TV, saying things like, “it should be a red card”. I did’nt see it live but I heard it on the radio, and when I saw it later on, I saw an accident. I feel very sorry for both the players, one will be out due to injury, and the other has to enjure for the next how long, knowing that he was involved in a player getting an injured.
It’s disgraceful that the fa are not takin action on that challenge just coz another official seen it if the fa think it’s a red card they should step in and also give the official a suspension aswell. I am a Liverpool fan and if it was Suarez he would av got a 3 or 4 match ban anyway the fa are sending the wrong message out for not takin action on that challenge .
The people who think that this is just an accident are used to drive a car and crash another people then said it just got in my way.
