This Andy Robertson slip v Chelsea was a moment that brought back Steven Gerrard’s costly slip from five years ago against the same opponents at Anfield for several Reds fans. Fortunately for them, there was no Demba Ba to capitalise on Robertson’s error. The ball went to Gonzalo Higuain, who chose to pass sideways, and the option for a quick counter attack disappeared. Gerrard’s mistake had seen the Reds concede then, but Chelsea but were unable to score here.
