This Martinez vs Zahavi incident (VIDEO BELOW) was a controversial one from the PSV Ajax game, with Ajax defender Lisando Martinez clearly appearing to stamp on PSV’s Eran Zahavi. Bizarrely though, Martinez’s stamp on Zahavi wasn’t not deemed worthy of a red card in the game!

One of several refereeing decisions PSV were unhappy with, another being this disallowed goal for Yorbe Vertessen for handball, which would’ve made it 2-0. To add insult to injury, Ajax scored a late penalty equaliser through Dusan Tadic
Zahavi had scored this excellent free kick against Ajax earlier in the game.
