The draw for the Round of 16 of the 2019/19 Champions League was conducted today (December 17, 2018) and has thrown up some absolutely mouthwatering ties. Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have been drawn against German giants Bayern Munich, while Manchester United will be up against French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Two other Anglo-German ties pit Tottenham Hotspur against Borussia Dortmund and Man City against Schalke.
Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid have got relatively easy Ro16 fixtures after drawing Lyon and Ajax respectively. Atletico Madrid vs Juventus is another intriguing tie, while Roma will lock horns against Porto.
