Brazilian fans were an emotional lot during their side’s stunning 7-1 loss to Germany in the World Cup semifinals on 8th July, 2014. David Luiz, their stand in skipper, was absolutely distraught and heartbroken after the game and couldn’t contain his tears at the post match interview.

Schurrle’s goal against Brazil was his second of the game, and voted by many across the internet as the best of Germany’s seven.
