This Luiz Diaz red card vs Braga was a controversial decision from VAR in the Portuguese Cup clash between Braga and FC Porto. FCP player Diaz attempted to take a shot and appeared to accidentally collide with Braga defender David Carmo, who suffered a nasty ankle injury and needed an ambulance. VAR deemed the Diaz David Carmo incident to be worthy of a red card for the former. Both Porto and Braga players ended up pushing the ambulance on the wet pitch
