Celtic beat Motherwell 3-0 to lift the Scottish Cup in rainy conditions at Hampden. It is coach Neil Lennon’s first silverware in charge of the Hoops during the 10/11 season. Watch out for the Ki goal in particular, fabulous strike.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon had a lucky escape as a Heart of Midlothian fan tried to attack the Hoops gaffer during the Hearts vs Celtic Scottish Premier League game on May 11, 2011. Celtic eventually won the game 3-0, with Hoops midfielder Kris Commons and Hearts’ David Obua both getting sent off. Lennon was attacked by the Hearts fan shortly after Celtic had got their second goal in the game against the Jambos. Fortunately for Lennon, police were on hand to restrain the Hearts fan who tried to assault him.
