Bayern beat VfB Stuttgart but it was not enough to win the Bundesliga as leaders Wolfsburg clinched their first championship with a 5-1 thrashing of Werder Bremen. However Bayern do get the automatic Champions League spot.

Jens Lehmann should have got a hand to this one. Franck Ribery runs into the area, and aims to get the ball across to the Bayern strikers. Khalid Boulahrouz tries to intercept, and the ball goes into the Stuttgart goal.

Franck Ribery involved in the creation of yet another goal. The Frenchman sets up Van Bommel, and the Dutch midfielder coolly sends the ball through the legs of Lehmann.

Some great work from Gomez in the Bayern box. He resists all attempts of the Bayern backline to get the ball, and fires it into the roof of the net.

It was not completely Boularouz’s fault, as he was trying to defend, but Ribery had the right posistion to score… AND I HAVE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR Mario Gomez moving to Bayern, as I believe many Stuttgart fans are hoping he does horribly over there, and would want to come back to Stuttgart being the superstar he already was… What exactly does he have to gain IN MUNICH???? I dont understand….
