Edit– today (January 9, 2018) marks the sixth anniversary of this marvellous goal.
This Thierry Henry goal vs Leeds ( see video below) saw the French striker net on his second debut for the Gunners in their FA Cup match against the Whites on 9th January 2012. Henry’s goal v Leeds also gave Arsenal the lead in the third round FA Cup game.
Henry’s goal against Leeds came in the 78th minute and was assisted by Alex Song. Arsenal won the game 1-0.

Loved every second… Haven’t had that feeling as an Arsenal fan for a long time but when Henry scored… Speechless.. Even on Facebook the non Arsenal fans were commenting saying the legend returns. The sum up for me was when one of my mates a Leeds fan tweeted “oh well if we were going to lose I’m glad it was to such a superstar”.
I’m also going to enjoy those fans both Arsenal and non winding their necks back in after saying it was a bad move bringing him back. Arsenal runs in his veins I’ll never forget his reaction, my reaction, everyone’s reaction when Thierry Henry scored on his second debut.
He left a legend and returns a god.

I have no idea why people say this! There is no such thing as “just” onside or offside. It’s finite. You’re either are or you’re not. I can never be more offside than my team mate for instance. (Sigh)
Anyway….in this case, Henry is onside as picture’s from Aaron prove this. So that goon Liam is talking a pile of poo.
