Gerrard at fault for both of Suarez’s goals, but Jagielka must cop his share of the blame too. Poor positioning.

Regardless of who’s fault the goals were England just weren’t good enough to go anywhere in this World Cup.
We showed courage, and at times played some free-flowing football, but there are just so many weak links.
