Only five Ligue 1 teams have reached the UCL/European Cup final- Reims (1956, 1959), Saint-Etienne (1976), Marseille (1991 and 1993), Monaco (2004) and Paris Saint-Germain (2020)

So the European Cup final has had a French team in it on 7 different occasions.
