Paulinho Bayer Leverkusen 2018- Vasco sell rising starlet for 30 million euros

German outfit Bayer Leverkusen have agreed a deal with Vasco for the transfer of rising star Paulinho. The deal will see the 17 year old move to the Bay Arena in July (he turns 18 on July 15), with Leverkusen paying Vasco 30 million euros- a sum that should go a long way in easing the Brazilian club’s finances.

Paulinho has been rated as the biggest young talent to come out of Brazil since Neymar and was linked with the likes of Juventus and Manchester City.

With Paulinho added to the likes of Brandt, Havertz, Volland, Alario, Bailey and Bellarabi, Leverkusen’s attack seems to be shaping up quite well.

Paulinho is the youngest player to play professional football for Vasco. He was part of the Brazilian team that finished 3rd in the U17 World Cup last year.
