Jurgen Klopp to Liverpool- FSG get their man on 3 year deal, Buvac & Krawietz to join Anfield set up

Days after sacking Brendan Rodgers, the Fenway Sports Group have landed a mini coup of sorts by agreeing a deal with Jurgen Klopp. The former Dortmund gaffer has agreed a 3 year deal with the club, and will bring along with him, his former assistant Zeljko Buvac and analyst Peter Krawietz.

Sean O’Driscoll and Gary McAllister, the current Liverpool assistant manager and first team coach respectively, have been relieved of their responsibilities and will not be part of the new setup at Anfield, although it is understood that McAllister has been offered a different role.

Liverpool have also parted ways with Chris Davies, their Head of Opposition Analysis man who joined with Rodgers in 2012.

With eight rounds done in the league so far, Liverpool are in a disappointing 10th place, but only six points separate them from leaders Man City, meaning that Klopp has been given a fairly good opportunity to transform the Reds’ season

New Wayne Rooney Documentary 2015- The Man Behind the Goals

Wayne Rooney turns 30 later this month, and to celebrate that anniversary, the BBC sent Gary Lineker and co. through the doors of England’s record goal scorer. The hour long documentary, named “Rooney-The Man Behind the Goals” aired last night (October 5, 2015) on TV and has now been made available for public viewing for those who didn’t see it on the Beeb.

Rooney tells that his son Kai wants to be a goalkeeper and that he “expected more” of Fabio Capello.
