This weekend, Adidas made a limited number of Lionel Messi boots available to the public at their store in Barcelona. To honour whom many people consider the best player of his generation, Adidas named the boots “the Messi 10/10“, with only 100 pairs of the black and gold ones available for sale worldwide. A limited number (eighty nine) went on sale in Barcelona on October 10. One pair will go to Messi himself, with the other ten going to the winners of the “adidas Backed by Messi” campaign.
