Real Madrid were humiliated in the El Clasico on November 29, 2010 as Barcelona thrashed them 5-0 at the Nou Camp. The Spanish Prime Minister had predicted a 4-2 for Barcelona, but the Catalans did even better as they thrashed Los Blancos 5-0.
It was billed as a Messi vs Ronaldo game, and Messi clearly won this one.
Sergio Ramos also got sent off for Real Madrid.
Tottenham 2-1 Liverpool ( Aaron Lennon, Martin Skrtel own goal/ Martin Skrtel)
Aaron Lennon scored an injury time winner as Tottenham Hotspur beat Liverpool 2-1 in an exciting Premiership fixture on Sunday, November 28, 2010. Lennon netted in the 92nd minute after Martin Skrtel earned himself a place in Premier League history by scoring for both sides at White Hart Lane.
There was also a Jermain Defoe missed penalty for Tottenham
Newcastle 1-1 Chelsea ( Andy Carroll/ Salomon Kalou)
Chelsea failed to regain their place at the top of the Premiership as they drew 1-1 away at Newcastle United on Sunday, November 28, 2010.
Newcastle took the lead early in the game through Andy Carroll when a horrible backpass from Alex caught Petr Cech unawares. Chelsea equalised on the stroke of half time through Salomon Kalou.
