Norwich City launched their new home kit for the 2011/2012 Premier League season with this funny video. Norwich’s new 11/12 strip has been made by Italian sportswear company Errea. The Canaries won promotion to the Premier League by virtual of their second place finish in the Championship.

Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby has said that he wears a TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR shirt occasionally in the comfort of his house. Gunners medio Diaby said that the shirt was gifted to him by French teammate Younes Kaboul, who currently plies his trade with the Lilywhites. The French star’s comments regarding him wearing a Spurs top is unlikely to endear him to Arsenal fans, who aren’t too fond of him anyway at the moment.
MP John Hemming has openly named Manchester United footballer Ryan Giggs as the Premier League footballer who took out a super injunction in order to prevent himself being named in the Imogen Thomas affair scandal.
Giggs’ name had been openly revealed on Twitter and publications abroad, including the Sunday Herald published across the border in Scotland, but the injunction prevented British papers ( the Sun in particular) from revealing his name until Lib Dem MP Hemming made it public in the House of Commons. Hemming used parliamentary privilege to name Giggs as the footballer having an extra marital affair with Big Brother Contestant Imogen Thomas. Under British law, MP’s cannot be prosecuted for the statements made in the House of Commons or the House of Lords.
