Gavin Peacock was the first Chelsea player to score a Premier League hat trick back in the 1995/96 season.

Cole Palmer has the most number of hat tricks for Chelsea in Premier League history (4). Among currently active players in the Premier League, only Man City’s Erling Haaland has scored more hat tricks than Palmer.

Hasselbaink, Drogba, Lampard, Hazard and Palmer have multiple EPL hat tricks in Chelsea colours.

Chelsea FC have 24 different players who have scored a hat trick in Premier League history as of the 2025/26 season.

EPL Table After Week 2 (24-25 season)- Chelsea jump from 17th to 8th

Here is a look at the Premier League Table for the current 2024/25 season after Week 2, and comparing it to the standings as of Week 1.

Chelsea, as you can see, are the biggest movers up the table- they were 17th in the standings at the end of GW1 and are now in 8th spot after GW2 courtesy of their 6-2 win away at Wolves.

Premier League Team of the Week GW2 (2024/25)- Media Outlet roundup for TOTW

At the end of Game Week 2, four teams remain unbeaten in the new 24/25 Premier League season- defending champions Man City, Brighton, Arsenal and Liverpool. Of these four, Arsenal and Liverpool are yet to concede a goal. The Gunners and LFC both won by identical 2-0 margins over the weekend, but the nature of those victories- they didn’t really dominate or stand out, meant that the two teams didn’t have any representative in the official BBC and PL TOTW.
