Here is how the big Italian newspapers rated Roma and Bologna’s players following the latter’s 3-2 win at the Olimpico on Friday night.

Chris Smalling had an off day, as did several other ASR players. Bruno Peres was probably the best Giallorossi player on the evening. For Bologna, two goal hero Musa Barrow was excellent, and the likes of Svanberg, Orsolini and Schouten all had decent games.

Italian Newspaper Player Ratings Sampdoria 2-4 Napoli February 3 2020- How did Milik & Mertens play?

Here is how the big Italian newspapers rated Sampdoria and Napoli’s players following the latter’s 4-2 win on Monday night. Fabio Quaglirella was the obvious pick of the Samp players across all publications, while it wasn’t a great evening for young Norwegian midfielder Morten Thorsby.

Most of the papers also thought referee Federico La Penna had an ordinary day at the office.

Apart from Quaglirella, no one earned 7 or more from GdS, but there were a bunch of Napoli players with 7. GdS gave Samp a team rating of 5.5, as opposed to the 7 for Napoli.
